Our Doctors

Dr. Cirstea was born and raised in Romania and moved to Canada in the late 1980s. She first worked as a dental assistant, then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Toronto, graduating with distinction.

She loves working with children and aims to create a warm office environment. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter — family is the most important part of her life.

Dr. Hafizi is a general dentist at Lawrence Park Dentistry. She is dedicated to care tailored to each patient and enjoys working with adults and children alike.

She completed an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa, a Graduate Diploma in Health Science Technology and Policy at Carleton University, and her Dental Surgery degree in Ireland. She is fluent in English and Dari.

She is particularly interested in restorative and endodontic treatment. When she is not with patients, she spends time with family, baking, and volunteering in the community.

Dr. Pistol received his dental degree from the University of Toronto and later served as a clinical instructor at the Faculty of Dentistry. He provides surgical and prosthetic implant care, including immediate implant placement and temporization when it is appropriate for the patient.

He believes a general dentist with the right training can guide implant treatment from start to finish, and he takes time to explain both the opportunities and the limitations of treatment so patients can decide on care with a dentist they know.

Dr. Zhang received her bachelor's degree from McGill University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University. She provides general dentistry with attention to both dental needs and overall well-being.

She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Outside the clinic she enjoys badminton, computer games, and time with family, friends, and her puppy.
